RETURNS

We really hope that you love your Mama and Mimi purchases, but if something isn’t quite right get in touch.

We’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with the original tags, labels & packaging within 14 working days of delivery. Just email returns@mamaandmimi.co.uk with your order number, items you’re returning & reason for return.

When trying on your garment please take extra care as any damages such as makeup or general wear and tear will be refused for refund.

Please note, the return delivery fee’s are not covered by Mama and Mimi. We aim to process all eligible returns within 10 working days. Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Please note, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition as outlined above.

We’re unable to accept returns beyond 14 working days of delivery. Any returns sent after this date will be returned back to you.
